Privacy statement webshop and newsletter

I use your name, address, telephone number and email address to deliver a work of art to you. To this end, I must store your data in my webshop. I do this via a JouwWeb account. JouwWeb is a Dutch website host. I am the only one who has access to this account. I do not give or sell your information to third parties. If you want me to delete your data, please let me know. My contact details can be found at the bottom of this page.

If you have purchased something from me via my webshop, I will put your email address on my mailing list. Furthermore, everyone can register themselves. I send my newsletter through a MailerLite account. This account is only accessible to myself. MailerLite is an app to create newsletters. The data you provide will be kept for as long as you want to receive the newsletter and/or as long as the newsletter continues to exist.

At the bottom of each newsletter you will find the 'unsubscribe button', with which you can unsubscribe if you wish (which I hope not of course). Once you unsubscribe, your address will disappear from the list, but it will still be in a list of unsubscribed addresses. If you don't like this and would like me to completely delete your data from the app, please let me know.

My newsletter does not contain advertising or advertisements from third parties. It appears on average six times a year, with sometimes an extra episode, for example in the case of a new exhibition.
